This item is part of the VyAura Boutique, where select pieces are fulfilled through our Printful Quick Store.  While you’re browsing on our leading site, all final purchases are completed securely at our external storefront.

📦 Order Information

Your items are made to order using Printful’s Print-On-Demand process.  This helps reduce waste and ensures your product is crafted just for you.  Please allow a few extra days for production before shipping.

🧾 Purchase Details

You’ll be securely redirected to our external shop at https://vyaura-designs.printful.me to complete your checkout.  All payments, shipping, and order tracking will be handled through Printful’s trusted platform.

🔄 How Checkout Works

Simply click  “View in Store,” and you’ll be taken directly to the corresponding page in our Printful-powered shop.  Add to cart, choose your options, and complete your order as usual.  You’ll receive confirmation and tracking directly via email.

At VyAura Designs, each item is custom-made especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective,  we’re here to make it right.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll submit a claim on your behalf and cover the cost of a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

📦 Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in shipping, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a replacement if applicable.

📮 Returns & Return Address

All returns are processed through our production partner, Printful. The return address is set to their fulfillment facility. If an order is returned and goes unclaimed after 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

Important:
Please contact us before returning any items. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

🚫 Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the item is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once a new address is confirmed. Orders that go unclaimed will also be subject to reshipment fees.

😷 Hygiene & Health Exceptions

Due to hygiene regulations, certain items—such as face masks and other sealed goods—cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

If you believe your item qualifies for a replacement, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days at contact@vyaura.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
